Air purge unit for DM751

By using the air purge unit measuring errors caused by highly contaminated. Ambient air can be avoided or reduced. The air purge system is connected to the pressurized air system, which ensures a constant flow of in front of the detector lens. This prevent the deposition of dirt, dust and the likes on the surface of the lens. Thus ensuring a timely constant transmission degree of the optical components of the detector.

In Addition the additional mass and the constantly flowing air acts a coolant on the detector wich helps to avoid measuring errors due to fluctuations of the ambient air temperature. The detector head is mounted insid of the air purge system and this is connected to the pressurized air – line.
