This penetration probe Type K is able to measure temperatures from -50°C up to +400°C and features an excellent response time. The rugged penetration tube is made of stainless steel. Thus the handy temperature probe can be either used for industrial applications or applications within the food industry. The penetration probe (with a cable length up to 1 Meter) can be connected to any device with its minitature thermocouple connector.
